The central heating system of Karamay was built long time ago.The heat efficiency is low and the pipeline corrosion is heavy,resulting in great heat loss.It is of great significance to reform the old heating system and establish a new set of high efficiency and energy saving heating system.In this thesis the energy consumption of modified heating system is analyzed to verify the scheme.Combining with Karamay heating system energy saving reconstruction project,in this thesis the practical application of the main energy saving technology is analyzed.The separate generation of heating and power is turned into CHP.The heat load of the power plant is introduced to the north district.A network of multi-heat source is developed.The waste heat utilization device for gas boiler house is increased.The waste heat is recovered and the water is recycled.Through the comparison of different pipe laying ways and pipe heat loss calculation,the directly buried installation is determined as the optimal way in the reconstruction project.The results show that after the implementation of cogeneration,the annual coal consumption can be saved by 513,386 t.The effect is remarkable.After adding the waste heat recovery unit,the boiler exhaust temperature can be droped below 45 degrees Celsius and the boiler efficiency can be improved by 12.83%.The directly buried installation can save heat by 7% under the same temperature.Above all,the energy-saving renovation project of the central heating system can improve the system efficiency and save heating energy consumption.It can provide reference for other central heating energy saving transformations.
