Research On The Interactive Development Between Zhaniiang Port And Regional Economy

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up policy,the continuous expansion of foreign trades and the acceleration of the global economic integration process.The ports gradually transformed from the traditional transit terminals of goods,facelift and storage sites into platforms of port industry,transport industry,shipping financial industry and the modern logistics industry.On the one hand the ports have a positive influence in the promoting the development of port city and the surrounding regional industrial agglomeration,speeding up the integration process of regional resources and promoting the rapid development of regional economy by using its location advantages.On the other hand,the development of regional economy can provide a broad space and sufficient goods supply for the development of the port,which is conducive to advancing the modernization of the port and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the port.Zhanjiang Port is the main importing and exporting channel of the goods in the southwest and south China,and has an extremely important strategic position in the Asia-Pacific economic circle.With the “Belt and Road Initiatives” building has been gradually advanced,Zhanjiang port was pushed to the forefront of the construction of “China-ASEAN Free Trade Area”.The interaction between ports and regional economy will be more frequent.The scope will be expanded and the form will be more diversified.Facing new forms of economic development,how to achieve a positive interaction between Zhanjiang Port and regional economy,how to achieved remarkable regional economic development results and how to further improve Zhanjiang Port's position and competitiveness in the coastal ports are the main concerned issues of the decision-makers in governments,ports and related business.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the interactive relationship of development between Zhanjiang Port and regional economy.Firstly,this article analyzed the current situation,methods and trends of scholars at home and abroad,and systematically combed the theory of port and regionaleconomy.On this basis,it discussed the connotation of port and regional economic interaction,analyzed the relationship between the two Mutual interaction and revealing the interaction mechanism between port and regional economy.Secondly,the research object of this article was determined(western Guangdong region and Zhanjiang port),and the development status of Zhanjiang Port and western Guangdong region was analyzed qualitatively.The relationship between them is analyzed from two different aspects of promotion and hindrance.Then,it introduced“The State Space Theory” to construct the interactive development model of port and regional economy,selected the indexes from the two systems of port and economy and analyzed the correlation between the main indexes.Finally,this article forecasted the development trend of Zhanjiang port and western Guangdong region with Python simulation tools,analyzed the correlation of the main indicators between Zhanjiang Port and western Guangdong economic system.Combined with the relevant policy environment and market environment of the regional government Development trend it was from different angles put forward the corresponding interactive development program and its simulation analysis.According to the simulation results,the article put forward the countermeasures for the interactive development of Zhanjiang Port and western Guangdong.
