With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the promotion of the “the Belt and Road” strategy,the port,as the main channel of foreign trade,plays an increasingly significant role and has became more closely connected with the region.As one of the pivotal ports of the “Maritime Silk Road”,Fuzhou port has an important strategic position in the development of contemporary China.While ushering in new development opportunities,it also puts forward higher requirements for the coordination and interaction between Fuzhou port and the regional economy.In this context,this paper explores the interactive development relationship between Fuzhou port and the regional economy,and clarifies the degree of interaction between Fuzhou port and regional economy.The research results can provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies and decisions.On the basis of defining the research areas as Fuzhou,Ningde,Nanping and Pingtan comprehensive test zone(referred to as “three cities and one district”),this paper firstly analyses the development situation of Fuzhou port and regional economy,summarizes the development trend of regional economy and the problems existing in the development process of Fuzhou port.This lays the foundation for the follow-up quantitative research.Secondly,choose the port cargo throughput index to measure the development of Fuzhou port,and choose the GDP index to represent the level of regional economic development.The stationary test,cointegration test and granger causality test are conducted on the sequence of indicator variables,which can effectively avoid the “pseudo-regression” problem.The results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium development relationship between Fuzhou port and regional economy,and they are granger causes to each other.Then the dynamic development relationship between Fuzhou port and regional economy is systematically studied.On the basis of deeply analyzing the interactive development mechanism between them,the causality diagram and system flow diagram are drawn.The system dynamics model of interaction development between Fuzhou port and regional economy is constructed and simulated.The following conclusions are drawn: The regional economy will continue to grow,with GDP expected to reach 1.35 trillion yuan in 2020 and exceed 1.5 trillion yuan in 2022;The cargo throughput of Fuzhou port has maintained steady growth and will exceed 2 trillion tons by 2022;The gap between the demand for shipping goods and the handling capacity of Fuzhou port has gradually narrowed since the 13 th Five-Year Plan and is expected to reach a temporary balance in 2024;Appropriately increasing investment in port fixed assets,improving revenue capacity and promoting port science and technology innovation can effectively promote the development of Fuzhou port and promote regional economic growth.Finally,according to the simulation results and the development of Fuzhou port and regional economy,some suggestions are put forward to promote the positive interaction between them.Through cointegration analysis,this paper confirms the interactive development relationship between Fuzhou port and the regional economy,and expounds the mechanism of interaction development between Fuzhou port and the regional economy,and simulates the interactive development process between them.The research results can provide reference and theoretical support for scientific formulation of policies to promote the positive interaction development between Fuzhou port and the regional economy,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.
