After the reform and opening-up policy,Chinese manufacturing industry had grown rapidly and created the miracle of "made in China".But with the development of science and technology and industrial upgrading,the past development model has been gradually showing weaknesses in the high-tech background.Chinese manufacturing needs from "Made in China" to "Created in China".Innovation ability promotion is not only a result of the development for manufacturing,but also a premise of further development for manufacturing.Radical innovation can bring huge economic benefits and explore a vast market to the enterprise.However,due to the presence of harmful function makes the difficulty of the radical innovation increase greatly.It is lead to the quality of radical Innovation difficult to guarantee.Therefore enterprises need the theory of harmful functions to guide them solve the technical problem in the process of its technology upgrade.The main contents of the thesis are following:1.Proposed implementation mechanism of functions,and summarizes the two conditions for function forming process.And paper describes the implementation mechanism of functions through visualization model.On the basis of fully defining the concept of harmful functions,analysis of the causes of harmful function according to the formation mechanism of functions to classify harmful functions.2.Proposed and constructed Harmful Function Oriented Function-Effect-Status(HF-FES)model for derived mechanism research.Through gradual and in-depth analysis of the implementation of function,decomposition total function to form a functional structure and effect chains model by interactive mapping decomposition function and inference effect chain.And then map it into the state model.Analysis the resources of system and super system and combine with the TRIZ effects database,speculate the possible harmful function in the system.And reverse mapping back effect layer and the functional layer,determine the root cause of harmful function and got three styles of harmful functions in HF-FES model.3.Combine with System Dynamics analysis and summary harmful function formed theoretical basis of System Dynamics.Construction causal diagram of the system variables by qualitative differential equations and combine with Bayesian networks then can realize the integration of HF-FES,System Dynamics and Bayesian networks.This can be more in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to system and obtain three kinds of derivative mode and three derivatives rules of harmful functions at last.4.The process of radical innovation for rectification module of financial machinery verified the theory.Through build the HF-FES model of the rectification module and depth calculation,got the possible harmful function in system and its derivative mode.At last paper compared the two sets of scheme before and after the analysis of harmful function to validation the practicability and validity of the method.
