With the continuous development and progress of society,people pay more and more attention to the harmful function of the product,and gradually realize the urgency to solve the harmful function of products,and the research on the harmful function of the product is also deepened.However,there are few systematic studies on harmful functions,and most of the researches on harmful functions remain in post-treatment and lack of front-end analysis and prevention.Therefore,it is urgent for enterprises to study the related theories of harmful function and form a set of systematic system to guide the application of enterprise designers to realize the front-end analysis and prevention of harmful functions.The main contents of the thesis are following:1.Implementation mechanism of function is put forward,sums up the functions required by the two conditions,and define it as the functions of internal and external causes,through the model describes the realization of the function mechanism,realizes the visual description.On the basis of fully defining the concept of harmful function,through the output stream and the function object to judge harmful functions,and further classified all harmful functionality.2.The construction process of virtual simulation environment for functional design is proposed.The construction of virtual simulation environment is divided into five stages:Scenario analysis,Determining object,Abstraction and encapsulation of objects,Resource representation,Determining the action object based on the output stream.In this paper,the virtual environment of the product is built through the five stages,and the environment of virtual product is built by the environment.3.The dynamic evolution process of harmful function in virtual simulation environment is presented.In order to analyze the process of the realization of the function of harmful,the author established a new model,and said with the symbol system,namely the HF-FES model.And combined with establishing virtual simulation environment,achieve the function of virtual simulation environment harmful dynamic evolution process.In the process of evolution,the output is analyzed by computer aided innovation software,and the system is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with the help of system dynamics and fuzzy mathematics.4.The process of radical innovation for rectification module of financial machinery verified the theory.By constructing virtual simulation environment and FES model.Combining the virtual simulation environment with the model,analyze the process of the evolution of the virtual environment,the possible harmful functions in the system are obtained.Finally,compares the two sets of scheme analysis,verified the practicability and validity of the method.
