To alleviate the increasingly prominent issue of energy security,our country started in 2001 to promote ethanol gasoline(E10),at present,the main raw material for ethanol,corn,sorghum and other crops.Combined with the actual situation in China,the source of biomass ethanol can not be guaranteed,and some areas even appeared "food fight with the people" problem.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the coal-based of ethanol as raw material for coal.The coal is stable and the cost is low.With the development of related technologies in recent years,the level of production technology has been a breakthrough.However,coal-to-ethanol and biomass ethanol physicochemical properties,in theory,although exactly the same,but the difference due to the different components of its origin and cause of the production process may vary in the specific use of such characteristics of the vehicle on the paper is in response to these problems,the use of coal-to-ethanol gasoline vehicle performance on a comprehensive experimental study,study includes:Experimental study on combustion characteristics of Coal based ethanol gasoline engine: through a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine test,the coal-fired made anti-knock properties of ethanol gasoline engine,air-fuel ratio,thermal efficiency of in-depth analysis.Test results show that the system in burning Coal based ethanol gasoline,the engine of CA05 and CA50 weak delayed,may result in decreased thermal efficiency of small loads,but when a large load,air-fuel ratio has significantly improved so as to enhance the thermal efficiency.Coal-to-ethanol gasoline engine power,fuel economy,emissions performance test study: The experimental show that after an engine fueled with E10,fuel consumption increases,THC and CO emissions reduced,and NOx BMEP load changes by the impact.Experiment Study on basic properties of coal based ethanol gasoline vehicle: through four groups by different types of vehicles,to burning coal to produce ethanol gasoline vehicle warm-up performance,starting performance,acceleration performance,fuel economy performance,emission performance of a comprehensive analysis.Among them,in the analysis of the vehicle warm-up performance,in terms of THC emissions proposed vehicle "cold absolute time" model and using the model,by emissions evaluated the vehicle warm-up performance.The experimental results show that at room temperature,vehicle dynamic force,fuel economy and and starting performance and fueled with gasoline little difference in emission performance is more outstanding;at low temperature,warm-up performance,starting performance has been weak influence.Experimental research on durability of coal based ethanol gasoline vehicle: The experimental results show that the,fueled with E10 and not on the vehicle emission durability performance fit and have obvious effect.Based on the experimental and theoretical analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the performance of the fuel ethanol gasoline engine and vehicle,and lays a foundation for further research and comprehensive promotion of coal ethanol gasoline.
