Material Risk Management In Building Construction Enterprises And Countermeasures Research

In recent years,with the accelerating process of urbanization and the increasing proportion of construction engineering business in the national economy,the requirements for the scale,technical level,and quality of construction projects are also increasing.The fierce market competition makes the material risk faced by construction enterprises more serious,which has become an important factor hindering the construction enterprises in China from improving the management level comprehensively.Therefore,based on the actual project,this paper will identify,analyze and manage the construction material risks faced by the construction enterprises,improve the construction unit’s ability to control the project cost,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the enterprise efficiency.Based on this,this paper first collects and combs the relevant concepts by consulting a great deal of literature,comprehensively analyzes the concept and development of risk management and engineering project risk management,and discusses the necessity of project risk management.Secondly,according to the concept of project risk management,this paper introduces material risk management.It takes the project in the radiotherapy center of a central hospital as the research object to identify and analyze the material risk existing in the project.On the one hand,by contacting experts in risk treatment,invite them to score the urgency of solving material risks in the construction of radiotherapy center project,select the risk categories to be solved urgently,sort out,classify and analyze the causes of the selected risks;On the other hand,experts score the selected risks in two rounds,use analytic hierarchy process to judge the influence of each specific risk factor,calculate the corresponding risk weight,and analyze the specific coping strategies of material risk.Finally,according to the evaluation results,formulate perfect project material risk response measures in terms of environment,management,economy,technology and quality,which is of far-reaching significance in strengthening the project material risk management of radiotherapy center,improving project quality,reasonably controlling project cost and improving the benefits of the contractor.It is hoped that this research content can provide some reference for construction enterprises in material risk control and optimization.
