Micro-column gel card is mainly used in the detection of blood group.Compared with traditional methods,it has the advantages of fast detection speed,high specificity,convenient operation,etc.For the production of blood type card,Some companies adopt the method of manual filling.Although some companies have produced related devices,they have the disadvantages of low integration and low working efficiency.Foreign filling machines have achieved automatic filling of blood type cards,but have the shortcomings of poor compatibility and high purchase costs.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a set of suitable filling equipment used in the production of six-micro-column gel card for domestic enterprises.In view of the present situation above,a set of full-automatic filling system of six-micro-column gel card based on PLC is designed in this paper by combining the development status of both domestic and foreign research as well as consulting and analyzing the related technical background.Firstly,A rotary motion filling program that liquid filling(antigen-antibody reagent)and gel filling(bio-gel)seperatly and integrates card feeding,liquid filling,gel filling and heat sealing,is established by combining the technology of blood grouping card.The design of structure is conducted for the processes of card feeding,liquid filling,gel filling and heat sealing and completed the machining and assembly of mechanical parts.Secondly,the design of hardware is performed by taking PLC as its controller,adopting XMP 6000 micro-pump as its liquid filling module,taking EFD794 screw filling valve as its gel filling module,using the combination of electric and pneumatic motor as its actuator,and distributing the input and output points of PLC reasonably,completing the selection of electrical components,and the layout and connection between the various electrical.Then take PLC as the main controller,and programing to the whole system and every module combine with the control process,and meanwhile combining the design of human-machine interface,so that the filling process get visible and controllable.Finally,the filling parameters of each system is determined according debugging and running of the system,and analysis the entire system.The operating results show that the system filling deviation is less than 2%,and the mass production of 450-500 blood type cards can be completed per hour,the qualification rate also is greater than 99%,.And finally the filling function,which integrates automatic card feeding,automatic liquid filling,automatic gel filling and automatic sealing,is achieved.Furthermore,it is reliable,stable,safe and easy to operate and has a high degree of automation,which can be widely used in the production of small and medium-sized enterprises and has broad application prospects.
