With more and more high-rise buildings,elevators have become an indispensable transportation tools in the cities.In recent years,elevator accidents occur frequently.Safe operation of elevators has aroused strong concern of the society.Traction motor is the power source of the elevators,and its performance directly affects the safe operation of the elevator,which related to people's life safety.In the working process of the traction motor,the unbalanced rotating members generate the additional dynamic load,which accelerates bearing wear,reduce the accuracy of the machine,affects the machine's performance,shorten the machine life,and even the machine may be out of control,which may cause serious accidents.Therefore,the traction motor balancing detection security is important to improve the motor performance,extend motor life and security of the majority of users' life.The commonly used dynamic balance detection instruments are expensive.The detection process is complex,and the openness and flexibility is poor.which limits the improvement of the production process and reduces the production efficiency.Based on the above these weaknesses,how to develop a simple operation,openness and flexibility of the dynamic balance detection system has become the biggest difficulty in the process of new type of traction motor production.Therefore,the research of new dynamic balance detection system for traction motor has important practical significance.The main content of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of the dynamic balance detection method and the structural characteristics of the new traction motor,research and design a dynamic balance detection system of new permanent magnet synchronous traction motor based on vibration signal based on the analysis and research of the dynamic balancing detection method of common rotating machinery.This system aims at achieving detection system,which is flexible and open,the detection process automation,humanized operation,modular functions.At the same time,the development cost is reduced And the accuracy of results is improved.The main contents of this paper include five parts: the dynamic balance detection method,the analysis of motor structure,the hardware system design,the software system design and the contrast experiment of the system.Firstly,we analyze the dynamic balance detection research status.Then,we classify the common imbalance situation,analyze the characteristics of the existing dynamic balance detection method,and deduce the difference between the soft support and the hard support.Afterwards,the overall structure of the motor is analyzed.According to the characteristics of the application environment of the system,the design scheme of the detection system is put forward.Then,they are completed that the hardware design of the detection system based on industrial computer and the software design based on LabVIEW software and virtual instrument technology.In the process of detection and debugging of the detection system,firstly,through numbers of contrast experiments,the configuration parameters of the system are determined,and the stability of the detection results is improved effectively.Then,through the contrast experiment with the Smart Balancer of the SCHENCK,the accuracy and stability of the system under different conditions were verified.It is proved that the research of this subject has certain practical significance for improving the production of new traction motor.
