Research On Engineering Cost Control Of Cxy Composite Building

With the rapid development of China’s economic and industrial technology,while promoting the development of the construction industry,it also generates more severe market competition,however,the level of management of China’s enterprises and the development of the industry still lags.Facing with the more and more fierce competitive markets,to survive and obtain long-term development,the company must improve their core competitiveness,which is using the modern project management method to improve their own managerial level,the cost management is one of the core contents of project management.To ensure the other aspects of the project to meet the requirements of the premise,you do a good job of cost control,it can save costs and create economic benefits for the enterprise as much as possible.So the project cost control is very important for the enterprise to stand out in the market.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory and application status of project cost management at home and abroad.On this basis,it expatiates on the theory of cost control,and provides the foundation for constructing cost control system of CXY comprehensive building project.Then the whole process control theory is applied to the CXY building project,and the cost control system of the project is constructed.Secondly,combined with CXY building project,the paper will implements the cost control into all stages of project implementation,through the use of qualitative analysis,value engineering and earned value management into all stages of project implementation,conduct a more in-depth discussion.By applying the above methods to the practical cases,it can save costs and realize aim of cost management,also obtain the remarkable results,finally it will improve the self-management level of the enterprises.It also provides some ideas for enhancing the industry’s competitiveness in the market.
