| In order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry and promote the sustained and healthy development of the construction industry,the relevant national departments have continuously introduced new policies and formulated new standards to ensure and promote the development of building industrialization in China.The industrialization of buildings is a profound change in the traditional mode and production mode of the construction industry.It can improve the quality of projects and construction efficiency,and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.As the main body of practice in the industrialization of construction,the construction enterprises are facing important issues in how to seize the opportunities for development and obtain competitive advantages.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the core competence of construction enterprises under the background of building industrialization.From the perspective of construction enterprises,this study constructed the index system and evaluation model for core competence of construction enterprises in the context of the industrialization of construction,in order to provide a theoretical basis for China’s construction enterprises to cultivate the core capabilities of building industrialization.Firstly,the article introduced the related theories of building industrialization and core capabilities of enterprises through literature review.Secondly,the initial indicators of the core competence of the construction enterprises under the background of the building industrialization were identified from the literature review,policy documents,and related regulations.And through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,the indicators have been revised to build a core capability index system,including industrialized talents and technical capabilities,project management capabilities,technological innovation capabilities,quality and safety management capabilities,operations and decision-making capabilities,organization management capabilities,the six sub-indexes and 34 subdivided indicators;then,based on the index system,a core competence evaluation model of construction enterprises based on PLS-TOPSIS method was constructed;finally,three evaluation models were used to conduct empirical analysis of three construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province.According to the evaluation results,the core competence improvement countermeasures were proposed. |
