As an important energy equipment for the economic and social development of the country,the distribution network is of great significance.At present,the evaluation of distribution network is mainly aimed at the single index of voltage quality and line loss,which can not reflect the comprehensive performance of the distribution network.This paper studies the comprehensive energy efficiency of the low voltage transformer area.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic theory of project comprehensive evaluation,and takes it as the theoretical basis for establishing the evaluation system of the transformer area.Considering the running characteristics and management status of the transformer area,the evaluation index in the evaluation system is selected according to the main sampling index of the transformer area.The evaluation method of the index in the transformer area is combined with “the evaluation method of the national Power Grid Corp on the index system of the company,the large power supply enterprise and the provincial professional institutions”.The weight of the index is determined based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert scoring method.And the comprehensive score of the transformer area is calculated by the weighted comprehensive method.Secondly,taking the transformer area of A city and B city of Jiangsu Province as the actual example.The data is cleaned based on the association rules.According to the data characteristics of the sampling value of the transformer area index,the indexes are scored by the improved normal distribution method and the percentile method respectively,and the principle of "comparability" is used to determine the data.The index score method is combined with the weight of each evaluation index to calculate the weighted comprehensive score.Based on the large data theory,the distribution fitting and characteristic analysis are carried out on the overall score of the transformer area,and the influence factors of the comprehensive energy efficiency in the radio region are introduced,and the cluster analysis and correlation analysis of the comprehensive energy efficiency of the transformer area area are carried out respectively,and the planning and design of the transformer area are designed.Suggestions are put forward for the reform management after the operation of the transformer area district.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system of the transformer area.The comprehensive evaluation software based on login module,evaluation index module,weight setting module,data import module and graphic display module is built on the basis of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool.The comprehensive energy efficiency application of the transformer area is written by C# Software.The software can realize the functions of comprehensive energy efficiency score calculation,chart display and storage of data pictures in the transformer area,and provide technical support for the evaluation of comprehensive energy efficiency in the transformer area.
