Study On Risk Management Of "HVDM’ In Soft Foundation Treatment Engineering

With the goal of building northeast Asia shipping center in Dalian port,Dayaowan is an important core area,and the project of Dayaowan port has always been a key project in Dalian port and Dalian city.Port land formed by reclamation epeirogenic mostly,poor soil quality,and this characteristic is especially obvious in Dayaowan port.With the construction of Dayaowan port,a lot of reclamation application used in dock,waterway dredging.The yard of port usually formed by reclamation epeirogenic,and soft foundation treatment is the difficulties of the project construction,there is a big risk in construction of processing technology scheme and construction process.At Dayaowan,the scheme of soft foundation treatment is dynamic compaction replacement,the stack preloading etc..The technical scheme is relatively mature,but in the specific geological conditions of reclamation area,there is also a high cost,long construction period,cost disadvantage.Especially,the soil in Dayaowan is fine grain,low permeability and high clay,it is difficult to choose a reasonable technical solution.,the unreasonable plan will result in high cost and low effect.”HVDM” of soft foundation treatment method is a rapid reinforcement of soft soil foundation of the new patent technology,it is through several times of high vacuum differential pressure drainage,and connecting with the number of times the appropriate change energy dense,and to reduce soil water content,improve the compactness and bearing capacity,reduce the amount of post-construction settlement and differential settlement of foundation.In this paper,the author will study on risk management of soft foundation treatment fngineering based on the “HVDM” combined with the project in Dayaowan automobile terminal.Using the means of risk management,it make the project in a controlled state,to evade the risks of a new method,for process control engineering.The main issues discussed in this article is how to put the management of project to meet goals,how to establish the corresponding risk management system,risk control,avoid related risk,when the project limited by time,investment,quality control etc.Through this research,it is hoped that can provide reference for the subsequent similar project management,and it has certain guiding effect on the engineering using the “HVDM”.
