The main research object of this thesis is H nuclear power plant.The H nuclear power plant is the first nuclear power plant in Northeast China.At present,while ensuring nuclear safety,it also needs to cope with the great power market pressure.The improvement of management level has become an important strategic arrangement.The main content of this paper is the improvement analysis of the spare parts management plan of H nuclear power plant.Through the research and analysis of the existing management mode and spare parts management mode of H nuclear power plant,the problems existing in the spare parts management of H nuclear power plant are found and the improvement plan is proposed,and the target of spare parts management is set.It is determined to increase the level of protection on the existing basis while reducing the cost of spare parts.The ultimate goal is to improve the management level and competitiveness of nuclear power plants.The spare parts management system of H nuclear power plant includes four parts: spare part coding,spare parts planning,spare parts procurement,and spare parts storage.Spare part coding is the basis of the entire spare parts management.There are two main problems through research: the number of codes is too large,and the coding information dimension is single.For the current serial number code used,spare parts "normalization" improvements were made.For the single dimension of the coding information,the spare BOM is introduced on the basis of the existing coding information,including the parent-child relationship BOM and the function position BOM,so that the spare part information is more multi-dimensional.The spare parts plan includes all the processes from the completion of the coding to the start of procurement.The data analysis of the spare parts inventory level and the spare parts guarantee rate during maintenance,the H nuclear power plant has the problem that the inventory is too high and the guarantee rate cannot meet the site requirements.Set special MRP parameters for the speciality of spare parts of H nuclear power plant,and make corresponding adjustments to the organization to improve the management level of the plan.The procurement of spare parts is the process of completing the handover of spare parts by the H nuclear power plant and the supplier.Due to the large number of spare parts and the large number of suppliers involved,it is found that the on-time delivery rate and the arrival rate difference in the spare parts procurement process cannot fully meet the site.Demand,analysis problems originated from H nuclear power plant supplier management is relatively simple,although there are evaluation criteria,but the supplier classification management is insufficient,so the improvement program is mainly based on supplier classification management,combined with the actual situation classification of H nuclear power plant,improve supplier management Level.Spare parts storage is the last link of H nuclear power plant spare parts management.During the research,it was found that although the warehouse area is large,there is still insufficient storage space,poor transfer of goods,and insufficient informationization.Propose to increase joint reserves,supplier reserves,information technology improvement and other programs to improve the efficiency of warehouse management to improve the efficiency of the entire spare parts management.Through the specific research on the improvement of spare parts of H nuclear power station,this paper expects to obtain a set of specific spare parts management system applicable to nuclear power plants,in order to have reference significance for nuclear power plants of the same management mode.
