| When it comes to resources,human resources rank first in such an era of knowledge economy.Talented people who have knowledge and technology have a strong boost power forthe development of enterprises,and for economic progress.In a market economy,competition is first showed as the competition of products,which is actually the competition of technology and talent.Therefore,to attract,retain and develop human resources has become an important part of shaping the core competitive advantage.As a scientific means and effective tool to measure the value of human resources,the personnel evaluation is self-evidently of great importance.This paper aims to build the electricity sector management personnel quality evaluation index system.On the basis of previous studies,the first through the literatures about the sort of quality evaluation analysis to explore the main indicators of the electricity sector management quality evaluation,the establishment of the basic framework of the index system,under the guidance of the basic framework and questionnaire design exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the final draw electricity sector management personnel quality evaluation index system.This is for improving the electricity sector human resource management and the promotion of scientific development of China’s Quality Assessment of great significance.This paper focuses on the management problems of quality of personnel evaluation.This study was first elaborated the theory of middle managers and personnel evaluation,and moreover,the research reviewed,but also through empirical analysis to explore a set of index system for the electricity sector management of quality evaluation,and a power supply for the City department the case put forward measures to ensure the implementation of the evaluation system,through theory and practice,the eventual establishment of a suitable electricity sector,Dongguan City middle management evaluation system.This set specifically for the electricity sector,DongguanCity,tailored middle management evaluation system for the electricity sector to provide a scientific basis for the management of middle managers,to achieve an accurate,scientific middle management personnel evaluation system implementation. |
