As the rapidly development of Chinese economy and the flourish of express delivery industry,the total air cargo transport has been steadily rising,but for airlines,they are facing the problems of profits falling,serious product homogeneity,long service chain and oversupply.As airlines pay less attention to the cargo transport,the space control and transport price management are still deficient.More and more specialist and experts begin to study the management of air cargo transport revenue.Currently speaking,research on airline revenue management at home and abroad more focused on passenger plane and all-cargo,have no targeted research on passenger aircraft belly,and the freight revenue management of aircraft belly will be more complex than all-cargo.More variably the capacity and load of the passenger aircraft belly,more difficult to predict.This paper will take the ZH Airlines for example to study the belly space optimization and freight space price control of Chinese narrow-body aircraft(single-aisle)on the basis of the existing air cargo transport studies and the experiences of revenue control of domestic and foreign airlines.This paper will study from two parts,the first part will study the management of cargo space and set up the space control optimization model considering the quantity of bunkers,the weight of passengers and luggages and the variation of space and carrying capacity.And the other part,we will use linear programming theory,consider the variation of belly space of narrow-body aircraft,to set up a cargo combination model which will aim at revenue maximization and match the price mechanism of different level space.Through the model optimization,this article has made some achievements: First,EMSR of passenger revenue management was introduced in the management of freight bellyhold space,which has scientific basis of subdivision management,and volume control according to the method of EMSR type dynamic adjustment of abdominal cabin,realizes dynamic all flights originating in Guangzhou Airlines ZH subdivision and inventory control;Second,for the first time through the research method of qualitative and quantitative method,example,through the analysis of ZH airlines in recent years data,defined the goods light ratio,and the various items of light bulbs than are calculated;At last,through a single objective linear programming model considering the flight benefits,to achieve the best collocation ZH Airlines flight cargo volume,weight and the aircraft cabin capacity,load,end of all flights were loading optimization.
