Study On Project Knowledge Sharing Method Of M Municipal Design Institute Based On CCBR

Knowledge,labor,capital and land are all important production factors.For knowledge-intensive Engineering Consulting and Design Enterprises,knowledge is the foothold and core competence.Enterprise management and development strategy based on knowledge management have become consensus of enterprises.Enterprise survival and development will mainly rely on its knowledge holding(static),integration degree and efficiency(dynamic).Knowledge acquisition,storage,transfer,sharing,application and innovation are of great significance to the development of Consulting and Design Enterprise.Among factors in knowledge management,knowledge sharing is the key factor.Every engineering design project is unique,but shares similarities with previous cases.In the knowledge management process,relevant project information could be retrieved from the corporate knowledge base,to avoid wasting of resource between team members in building up knowledge system,to realize efficient sharing of project knowledge.CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)refers to using previous cases or experience to solve problem,evaluate program,and explain abnormal condition or new situation.It is a reasoning mode emerged in the development of artificial intelligence.AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)is a simple,flexible and practical multi-criteria decision-making methods for quantitative analysis to qualitative problems.Based on essays and theoretical knowledge about knowledge management and project decision-making methods,using gas engineering design in public utility industry as example,this study explores the use of CBR to determine the matching degree of feature attributes of engineering design project and previous projects in the corporate knowledge base.With AHP to determine weights of feature attributes,we could further confirm similarity degree of the latest project and previous ones,to shed light on knowledge retrieval and sharing.This survey could provide a method for project knowledge representation,retrieval,reuse,revise and retain based on CBR for knowledge management and sharing for Survey and Design Enterprise,Project Management Enterprise,as well as Project Construction Enterprise.
