Road cargo transport in our country has developed rapidly in recent years.In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of modern logistics as a whole and respond to the call of energy conservation and emissions reduction which be put forwarded by country,drop and pull transport has developed fastly with the advantages of the cargo transport.Drop and pull transport can improve the systematism of road transport,enhance the efficiency of our country road cargo transport,quality and safety level significantly,and expedite the development of modern transportation industry.In road cargo transport,The safety evaluation of the drop and pull transport vehicles can promote the safe production management of the drop and pull transport,protect transport safety and improve efficiency of cargo transport,meet the economical and social benefits.In this paper,the safety performance of the drop and pull transport vehicles is divided into three parts: tractor and semi-trailer fast connection system,cargo securing system and comprehensive efficiency of drop and pull transport system.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of safety performance of the drop and pull transport vehicles,the reliability and operational efficiency evaluation methods of tractor and semi-trailer connection were established by determining 3 first-level evaluation indexes and 11 second-level evaluation indexes;safety evaluation system of cargo securing was established by determining 5 first-level evaluation indexes and 11 second-level evaluation indexes based on AHP.Through the analysis of specific experimental data and evaluation results,we can guide and improve the connection and cargo securing of the drop and pull transport vehicles,and it shows the usability of the safety evaluation method.Comprehensive efficiency measuring model of drop and pull transport was established by determining 4 first-level evaluation indexes and 17 second-level evaluation indexes by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Through the model,the drop and pull transport vehicles of the Ministry of Transportation recommended and the non-recommended were respectively verified and evaluated.The results show that the recommended vehicles have higher scores than the non-recommended vehicles,which indicates the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation model.The research results of this paper provide some technical support for the selection of transport vehicles,the purchase of vehicle and the management of vehicle technology.
