Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of smart phones,the main components of lithium-ion batteries have received unprecedented attention,and have become the hotspot of high-tech attention in the world today.At home and abroad,they have invested heavily in the construction of lithium-ion battery technology,products and industries.At the same time,the gap between domestic lithium batteries in terms of product quality and product consistency and foreign lithium batteries makes lithium battery companies urgently need to optimize production and management through the application of intelligent industrial automation technology and integrated application and control technology.Improve production efficiency,reduce production consumption,and improve product quality.Based on the implementation logic of Management Information System project,with W battery company as research object,according to the problems of high production automation,Management Information System lag,information island,and data redundancy conflict,a complete lithium battery factory Manufacturing Execution System(MES)architecture is established,the overall structure of the lithium-ion battery factory MES system hardware and software architecture and specific functional modules: basic data management,equipment data collection,production planning management,material management,production management,quality Management,equipment management,are designed.Firstly,the erection of one host computer between every equipment and server is proposed.The requirements of Standardization,Unification,and Modularization of MES and equipment docking is solved.Based on the HA operation mode,the hardware architecture of the lithium-ion battery factory MES system is designed,and the hardware configuration is performed accordingly.Through independent switches,the connections of various systems in the network are realized,and the hardware access network architecture is established.The research content of this paper has certain reference value for the establishment of lithium battery digital factory.
