Road A Improvement Project Control Management

In China,social economy has a great development in recently years.Every city has done the reconstruction works to the old city.Among them,the task modification task for old road had been very tough.Compare with large infrastructure projects,the road improvement is a small project.However,the layout diversity and complexity of the street increase the difficulties on road improvement to some extent.And also affect the quality of the lives of residents around the road.Therefore,arrange the construction procedure scientifically and reasonably can not only make resource optimized but also guarantee the construction quality.And make the construction process in an orderly way.This is the important class which needed construction of the project and management to solve.Road A is a main road of city in Karamay and though the north and south city area.The north part of Road A located the old area of the city with large people and traffic flow.And caused by the two-way road,the traffic cannot make sure the road clear.So it needs widen the road to achieve the four lanes of whole section.Upgrade the north section(the section of old city area)underground of the municipal administration,setting up the slow lane and sidewalk way to reduce pressure on the road.According to the using project management,project progress management and control of project schedule,this article take road A improvement project as an example,analyze the factor which effect the project schedule from environment,material,people,mechanical equipment.Setting a schedule control plan of road A improvement project,proposing 5 road reconstruction project progress control system to ensure the plan,which are training project progress management theory and knowledge,dynamic track project performance information and deviation analysis,select the appropriate project progress control method,ensuring that the project resource optimization configuration and timely supply,preparing the project schedule optimization adjustment and perform.This research tries to set up and analyze a project schedule control mode which based on the organization structure,process system,manage by methods as the sub system.And it also can provide a theoretical method guide and case for management department,supervising department,construction department on processing the schedule control.
