With the introduction and popularization of the concept of intelligent logistics,the external demand for logistics industry is getting higher and higher.While customers require continuous improvement of service quality,they also require further improvement of logistics timeliness and effective reduction of logistics cost.Therefore,the whole logistics industry is facing a subversive change,from the traditional service industry to artificial intelligence,collaborative innovation common development,resource sharing,business data transformation.At the same time,HT Logistics Company,as a traditional logistics company which is transforming to Internet high-tech company,with the development and growth of the enterprise,its road transportation project is still facing:(1)the internal structure of the company is becoming larger and larger;(2)Lack of high-quality road transportation project managers reserve;(3)weak supervision of road transportation project management,no closed loop;(4)information is not transparent;(5)highly dependent on road transportation project managers;(6)the process standardization of road transportation project is low,the service quality is uneven and so on.In this case,HT Logistics Company road transportation project is facing the dual test from the market and itself,the internal and external of the enterprise.A subversive change and reconstruction is imminent.This paper attempts to combine theory with practice to solve the above problems for the road transportation project of HT Logistics Company.Through the analysis and investigation of the existing projects and benchmarking projects of HT Logistics Company,based on the ideological basis of benchmarking management,the road transportation resident projects operated independently in the past will be based on the mode of project operation and management.To the process as the center division of the process management model transformation.HT Logistics Company road transportation project business process reengineering,organizational structure reconstruction,the establishment of: project management center,order operation center,transportation capacity dispatching center,financial center,four major management centers.Realize the unified management and management by the headquarters of HT Logistics Company.Achieve the purpose of unified management and operation of the road transport project by the headquarters of HT Logistics.The power is recovered from thefront-end project team to the back-end HT Logistics Company headquarters,and the operation management of standardized road transportation projects is implemented.Weaken the functions and powers of the front-end project team of road transportation project and strengthen the operating capacity and technical support of the back-end company headquarters.Continuously update,vigorously develop and improve the SLP intelligent logistics information terminal system independently developed by HT HT Logistics' Company,so that the information and data resources of road transportation can be more transparent and efficient.In order to realize the strategic goal of HT Logistics Company “transition from traditional logistics to smart logistics”.
