Study On The Problems And Solutions In Port Logistics Of Qingdao Port

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,the development of various countries are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,social production,material circulation,commodity trading and its management is and will continue to undergo profound changes.The port plays a pivotal role in international trade because of its characteristics of land and sea transit stations.In line with this,the modern logistics industry,which is considered to be a "third profit source" that reduces material consumption and improves labor productivity,is widely emerging around the world.All the port enterprises cannot be confined to the traditional loading and unloading,transportation,warehousing and other service functions,but toward the modern logistics transformation,providing a diversified of modern logistics services.Since 2014,Qingdao Port proposed innovative business model,vigorously develop the modern logistics strategy.While strengthening port traditional business,and actively expand the new format,improve the modern logistics industry chain.This paper analyzes the internal conditions,external environment,existing problems and development countermeasures of Qingdao Port Group from the perspective of Qingdao Port Group's port logistics sustainable development.Firstly,it analyzes the internal conditions of port logistics development of Qingdao Port Group.Secondly,it analyzes the external environment of port logistics development of Qingdao Port Group.Analyzes the development trend of port logistics at home and abroad,and then analyzes the current situation and problems of port logistics development of Qingdao Port Group,and the opportunities that are facing outside.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of modern port logistics in Qingdao Port are given from the aspects of construction of inland logistics park,construction of logistics port,port logistics and port cooperation alliance.
