Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Logistics Efficiency Of Qingdao Port

In the context of economic globalization,the port,as the logistics and transshipment center of import and export trade commodities,is an important hub of global supply chain and foreign trade.Port logistics efficiency will have an impact on the economy of hinterland and even the whole country,which has been considered as an important factor affecting regional economic growth.Port enterprises must have a deeper understanding of the potential needs of customers,constantly seek ways to improve logistics efficiency and improve their market competitiveness,so as to meet the needs of future development.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of research on port logistics efficiency,on the basis of establishing the evaluation index of the relevant principles,integrated the basic elements of Qingdao port logistics system,according to the actual situation of Qingdao port logistics system,in both the applicability of the evaluation index selection principle and the principle of data availability,use scientific index screening methods,The paper establishes an evaluation index system of Qingdao port logistics efficiency from three aspects: port basic quality,port logistics ability and port profitability.Firstly,the network DEA model is used to analyze the logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port from 2012 to 2019 in terms of comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Then the Malmquist index model is used to compare and analyze the change values of logistics efficiency of 14 large domestic ports including Qingdao Port.After using Tobit regression model analyses the influence factors of Qingdao port logistics efficiency,can be found that the level of Qingdao’s economic performance and the level of the third industry development of Qingdao have a significant impact on logistics efficiency of Qingdao port,the level of Qingdao port’s science and thetechnology innovation and professional level of logistics talents of Qingdao port also has a significant effect on its own logistics efficiency.To improve the logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port,it not only needs the efforts of Qingdao Port Group itself,but also needs the policy support of relevant government departments.Finally,according to opportunities and challenges for the development of Qingdao Port and combined with the evaluation of logistics efficiency results of this paper,this paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port from three aspects: improving pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and relevant government policy support.
