| Since the reform and opening-up,combined with the increasingly frequency of our country's imports and exports and increasingly turnover of cargo movement,the port logistics of our country has developed rapidly in the past 30 years.As core competitiveness,port logistics capability is meaningful for the optimization of the port function and improvement of the integrated efficiency.Objective and reasonable evaluation of its logistics capability will contribute to formulating port's IFCA strategy and developing the economy of port hinterland efficiently and sustainably.Qingdao Port has made some achievements in terms of logistics capabilities,but there are still many shortcomings compared with Shanghai,Hong Kong,Shenzhen,Tianjin,Hong Kong and other major ports.Qingdao Port is also a lack of policy support,compared with the ports of Shanghai,Tianjin and other government financial support there is a big gap;transport structure is irrational,container transport,road transport accounts for 93%;Qingdao port appears to work overtime cases,compared with the Shanghai and Shenzhen port,port logistics scale capacity needs to be improved.Based on the previous studies,firstly,macroscopic logistics capabilities of Qingdao port were longitudinal analyzed and entropy TOPSIS method was applied to evaluate the logistics capabilities of Qingdao port systematically,which make up for the shortage that accuracy of evaluation results in not high enough.It results from the fact that existing AHP theory and fuzzy weights Evaluation is difficult to determine the weight.Between 2007 and 2011,compared with other ports in the overall and sub logistics capabilities,the short board of Qingdao's logistics capabilities was fount and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to enhance Qingdao port's logistics capabilities,which aims at to provide policy support in order to increase the core competitiveness of Qingdao Port and achieve sustainable development of Shandong Peninsula's port Logistics. |
