Prefabricated buildings are an important form of architectural development.They integrate a variety of architectural technologies organically and span many industries such as architectural design,production and manufacturing,and construction.How enterprises from the source of design,to the production of products,then to the delivery of transportation and construction of products,the entire process of cost control has become the most important issue for business operators.At present,the cost of assemblage architecture in China is higher than that of traditional architecture.Cost is the blood and lifeline of enterprise development.Cost is an important factor that restricts the rapid and large-scale development of assemblage architecture at present.How to provide the best quality housing and services to the owners at the lowest cost is the core competitiveness of the construction development.As the most advanced technology in the construction industry,BIM technology can be highly integrated with the assembly construction technology.The entire process realizes the visualization,standardization,synergy,simulation,and refinement of cost control,effectively improving the cost control level of assembly construction and reducing construction costs.Improve the quality of living and realize the competitive advantage with traditional architecture.During this period of inquiry,according to the process of studying the construction of equipment for Project A,the article finds the main factors for grasping capital,summarizes the ordinary process of controlling capital of prefabricated buildings,and mainly finds the situation during the period of prefabricated construction equipment.The corresponding capital control strategy is combined with the actual equipment period of the prefabricated building to give appropriate instructions and technical guidance for the control of the prefabricated equipment capital.The general situation is as follows:In order to establish the production cost control system of prefabricated building components based on BIM technology,industrial production equipment and computer technology can be used.In the cost control process,related work needs to be carried out based on the lowest cost.After analyzing the relevant factors that may have an impact on production costs,processing goals and production steps can be set to predict production costs at different production schedules.Effective production cost control work.This method can also be used in research work in similar industries.When the cost control work is carried out at different stages of the installation of components based on BIM technology,the most important attention is to identify the control points that may adversely affect the results control work,and to complete the cost control work through setting the best installation plan and management system.At this stage of the work,it is necessary to reasonably identify the control key points in the control cost.
