| In 2015,the State Council put forward the "Made in China 2025" national action program,which clearly pointed out that green manufacturing should be fully implemented,research and development of energy-saving and environmental protection technologies,equipment and processes should be vigorously strengthened,and the speed of green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry should be accelerated.As a representative of green buildings,prefabricated buildings are naturally put on the agenda.Although prefabricated buildings can meet the needs of the country in implementing green buildings,it is still a big problem to control the cost slightly higher than traditional buildings.At present,the most critical link to promote the development of prefabricated buildings is how to control the cost of the whole process of prefabricated buildings reasonably and effectively.The appearance of IPD mode has brought a new turn for cost control.The research shows that IPD mode has obvious promotion effect on the participation,project change,risk assessment,project quality and profit improvement compared with the traditional delivery mode,so IPD mode is a necessary condition for improving the cost control of prefabricated buildings.This paper takes prefabricated buildings as the main research object,and uses IPD model to control the cost of the whole process of prefabricated buildings.By searching literature,the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated buildings in the planning and design stage,production and transportation stage,construction and installation stage,operation and maintenance stage and demolition and recycling stage are determined,and the weights affecting the cost of prefabricated buildings are calculated by AHP,from which the key factors are screened out,and corresponding solutions are put forward for the existing problems.Explore the cost management advantages and application value of IPD mode applied in various stages of prefabricated buildings,and put forward the cost control scheme of IPD mode in various stages of architectural design;The feasibility and effectiveness of IPD model are further confirmed by the actual engineering case to build BIM model cost control in the whole process of the project based on IPD model.In this paper,the research results of IPD mode in cost management of prefabricated buildings can provide reasonable and effective suggestions for construction enterprises to carry out prefabricated building construction,and provide reference methods for effective cost control of prefabricated buildings in China. |
