In recent years,to promote the construction process of industrialization,the national a series of policies,actively support the development of prefabricated construction but prefabricated construction cost of the high cost of many construction units is faltering,prefabricated building encountered bottleneck to further enrich the development of prefabricated construction project cost control measures,in reading,on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and field research,this article to the modern information technology into prefabricated construction cost estimate respectively the field scheduling and operation management of design management,through the whole life cycle of information management to control and optimize the prefabricated construction overall project cost.Firstly,in the early stage of the project investment estimation,this paper based on BP(back propagation)neural network application in the engineering project cost prediction features,according to the characteristics of the prefabricated construction must search(BAS)is put forward based on the longicorn investment estimation algorithm of BP neural network model,and USES this model to collect group of 15 cases data contrast experiment analysis The results show that the accuracy of the BAS-BP investment estimation model is better than the traditional investment estimation method,and the prediction results are more stable and more suitable for the investment estimation of prefabricated buildings,which is helpful for the early control of the project cost.Secondly,in terms of engineering design,this paper combines BIM technology with quota design based on fuzzy ah P.By controlling the construction cost quota of each node and each stage in the design stage,the construction cost can be controlled layer by layer and the probability of three-over-limit phenomenon in the later construction stage can be reduced.Thirdly,at the scene of the construction project scheduling,big sex to make the construction site of prefabricated building components of road congestion become the norm to improve the efficiency of construction site materials scheduling to reduce construction time limit for a project,thus reducing the project cost of the project,this paper establishes the scheduling of shortest time and lowest cost as the objective function model,and build a group of intelligent algorithm based on MATLAB to solve the model,get the optimal arrangement scheme vehicles at the same time,this article USES the Flexsim software for dynamic simulation for the above scheme,and the scheduling scheme is verified by the simulation results of efficiency and economy.Finally,in terms of project operation management,based on the analysis of characteristics of prefabricated construction and engineering quality insurance,on the basis of the status quo of the application to insurance as a third party,set up the Internet platform to building materials in building materials quality and risk control to be balanced market information at the same time,the use of insurance funds and financial services,liquidity pressure,reduce the project owner to reduce construction cost of the whole project.
