| At present, engineering construction is in a period of large-scale development in China, and the investment scale of construction projects is getting larger and larger. Therefore,a prominent problem facing the engineering construction management department is how to save these investments and make them more efficient. However, there is still little recognition that a good material management model and logistics operation can bring great benefits to project construction. The purchase cost of materials accounts for a large proportion of engineering construction costs(60% to70%).If the good management and control of the material supply in the project process is well realized,it will be conducive to the optimization of the overall project cost and the improvement of production efficiency. This paper analyzes and evaluates the supply plan of China Railway Materials Group Northwest Co.,Ltd.,which is mainly engaged in engineering logistics, and finds the optimal supply plan through linear planning method in combination with the material supply model of engineering materials suppliers and the bottleneck of their development. This paper apply logistics management, supply chain, linear programming theories to analyze the supply plan and focus on the procurement, storage, transportation, three important links in the supply chain.By evaluating the three links, solving certain supplying problems, setting optimized model, analyzing relevant data and constructing target equation to find optimal cheapest solution and effectively reduce the overall cost of the entire supply program,so as to maximize profits. It is pointed out that under this optimized mode,it is feasible for China Railway Materials Group Northwest Co.,Ltd.to apply this material supply model. The purpose is to reduce the cost, rationally allocate resources and ensure the maximum profit while making sure the order is delivered on time and in volume. This research will play a certain reference value in the present engineering logistics field, especially on the supply chain optimization plan and provide a feasible and optimized supply scheme for the improvement of material supply efficiency of engineering projects and the development of material suppliers. |
