With rising oil prices and the increasing number of automobile, automobile automatic transmission in the world share has increased year by year. Compared with the manual transmission, automatic transmission in saving, maneuverability and comfort has significant advantages. In auto industry developed country, the automatic transmission’s market share is very high, in which the American car market share of nearly90%, Japanese car market share of more than80%. However, China’s automobile market has only around10%.Therefore the automatic transmission has vast prospect in China, where EMT automatic transmission automatic transmission with other incomparable advantages, will be the next transmission is the main force in the market.EMT automatic transmission promotion not only on its detection and the development request, will make its repair and maintenance become the focus, so EMT automatic transmission test bench study appears to be particularly important.This paper studied the structure and working principle of the development status and trends of the automatic transmission of EMT automatic transmission, with reference to the People’s Republic of China automotive industry standards, the first part of the technical conditions of the mechanical transmission assembly of mini-cars: mild type》(QC/T29063.1-2010) and other related transmission test bench of the requirements and standards, and formulated a program transmission bench and test bench control strategy. Introduce the EMT test bench of the overall composition, which comprises a drive control equipment, various types of sensors and other equipment.Highlights the mathematical theory of drive systems, drive systems and control systems and the selection of configuration software for the SINAMICS for MICROMASTER SIZER selection, selection of Siemens SINAMICS S120drive system, and draw the parameters and characteristic curves of the motor and other equipment including the inverter, encoder, etc. On the software side, the LabVIEW8.6a detailed introduction, a brief introduction to programming methods based on testing of the automatic control on the part of the program, including data collection procedures, rotary encoders, angle measurement and speed measurement procedures, motor control program, respectively, write a flow chart and process chart. Of this article, the transmission efficiency in the EMT process in the automatic transmission shift.The use of the test bench, EMT automatic transmission into a large number of tests,the parameters of performance data, analysis of the measured data, a preliminary evaluation of the measured EMT automatic transmission performance, and satisfactory results.
