| Compound Coupled Hydro-mechanical Transmission(CCHMT for short)is a kind of hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission,which has two planetary gear trains interacted on each other in working process.Compared with the traditional HMT,CCHMT has a wide range of speed regulation,high applicability,flexible structure and so.It can effectively adjust the transmission characteristics of the system according to the application conditions,which makes it has broad application prospects.However,due to the complex transmission structure of hybrid hydraulic mechanical composite transmission and the mutual influence between the structures,CCHMT has a variety of basic characteristics,and the research on the characteristics of CCHMT has become one of the key problems to be solved urgently.In order to meet the basic characteristics of the research,it is necessary to design a test bed that can meet the basic characteristics of CCHMT test.Only through the test,can we fully understand the characteristics of CCHMT and provide strong support for theoretical analysis.This makes the research of test method and test bed design have higher academic significance and application value.This paper firstly compares and analyzes the research status of HMT and its test bed at domestic and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of CCHMT test method and test bed design,and the main research content of this paper is determined.Then introduce the layout of the CVT test bed and analysis several test items of this kind of transmission.According to the test items,briefly analyzed the mechanical CVT sliding rate,speed range,transmission efficiency and other test plans,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the CCHMT test method.Secondly,this paper analyzes the hydraulic and mechanical transmission principle of CCHMT.The basic test method of CCHMT was developed by referring to the test scheme of CVT and the theoretical analysis of the basic characteristics.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the layout and design of the subsequent test bed and the selection of components.Then,several overall layout of the test bed are analyzed,and the layout of the test bed is determined.Next,analyzes the driving device and loading device in the test bed,and the driving and loading motor that can simulate the actual working conditions are selected.Upon completion,selects the type of coupling and torque and speed sensor in the test bed.In addition,the fixture is designed to prevent displacement or vibration of the transmission gearbox during the test,and the stress simulation analysis is carried out to show that the fixture can meet the test requirements.Finally,AMEsim simulation software was used to build the mechanical and hydraulic models of the CCHMT test bed,and the integration was completed.Then according to the corresponding test method,the simulation analysis of the CCHMT test bed was carried out.Simulation results and test bed installation verify the correctness of theoretical analysis,which is also the feasibility of the test method and the layout of the test bed. |
