| In recent years wind power industry of China has grown immensely.Its newly installed wind capacity and the cumulative installed capacity have kept the fist location for many years.Now the wind power has become the third largest power in Chinese electric power market.The development of wind power industry can reduce the pressure of resource and environment and reshape the energy production system.At the same time,it has significance to improve the energy structure.Based on the technological innovation theory,technology diffusion theory and high technology industrialization theory,this paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese wind power industry and discusses the development path and problems of wind power technology industrialization in China.This paper analyzes the influence factors of wind power technology industrialization development with Dynamic System method,establishes cause-and-effect relation chart system flow chart and then establishes a model of wind power technology industrialization development in China.This paper designs four plans to improve the development path of wind power technology industrialization.The four plans are increasing capital input and market demand,improving staff quality and technological standards.Then this paper simulates the four plans by using the wind power technology industrialization development model.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper gets the following conclusion:(1)The study of wind power technology in China date back to the 1950 s.After the period of technology import,technology imitation and technological innovation cooperation,the study of wind power technology in China has entered the stage of independent innovation.On the whole the wind power development of China is high on the list of world wind industry.Chinese wind turbine manufacturing industry in the world also make certain advantage.The technological innovative ability of wind power has also increased.At the same time there are still some problems in wind power industry in China.For example the self-innovation ability for wind power technology is weak,the staff of wind industry is not enough,and the wind industry standard is incomplete.These problems restrict the development of wind power technology industrialization in China.(2)By using the Dynamic System method,this paper simulates the plans which designed to improve the development path of wind power technology industrialization.The result show that increase capital input and market demand can promote the development of wind power technology industrialization dramatically.By comparison the effect of improving staff quality and technological standards is not prominent.Therefore,in order to improve the wind power technology industrialization development path the government and wind power enterprises should increase funds investment.At the same time they should also increase the wind power market demand,increase the quality and quantity of the staff and improve the wind power industry standard system to create a better environment for wind power technology industrialization development. |
