The construction industry is one of the three pillar industries of China's social and economic structure,which is of vital importance to China's economic development.However,the traditional construction wet work methods have disadvantages such as high energy consumption,high pollution,low yield,extensive management,and labor intensiveness,which goes against China's sustainable development strategy and doesn't match the tone of China's urbanization construction.Under the new normal economic background,the demographic dividend disappeared and the economic growth rate slowed down.It is extremely urgent to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Many scholars at home and abroad have found that building industrialization has the advantages of shortening development cycle,saving energy,reducing cost and improving construction quality compared with traditional building construction.Promoting building industrialization is a necessary means to achieve industrial upgrading of construction industry.However,compared with Japan,Germany,the United States and other developed countries,China's new prefabricated buildings account for a small proportion of new construction area,and the overall development of building industrialization is slow.The mismatch of industrial chain of construction industry is one of the important factors hindering the development of China's building industrialization.In summary,this paper takes the Building Industrialization Industry Chain as the research object,analyzes the evolution path and driving factors of the Building Industrialization Industry Chain and provides a theoretical basis for the government to promote the development of the Building Industrialization Industry Chain.Firstly,based on the theory of industrial chain,combined with the research on the related concepts of building industrialization at home and abroad,the conceptual interpretation and structural characteristics of the industrial chain of construction industry were analyzed.Secondly,based on the Logistic curve model,the evolution path of the Building Industrialization Industry Chain is quantitatively analyzed.The evolutionary characteristics of the Japanese Building Industrialization Industry Chain are taken as an example to qualitatively analyze the evolution characteristics,and the stage and evolution direction of the industrial chain of China's industrialization industry are determined.Then,based on Porter theory and industrial organization theory,combined with the evolution path analysis of foreign industrialization industrial chain,identify the driving factors of building industrialization industry chain evolution,and empirically analyze the driving factors of building industrialization industry chain through questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling.The evolution mechanism of the Building Industrialization Industry Chain.Finally,aiming at the characteristics and evolution direction of China's stage,from the perspective of the government,it puts forward the policy recommendations to promote the evolution of the industrialization chain of construction industry,and proposes a reasonable strategy to deal with the evolution of the Building Industrialization Industry Chain from the perspective of enterprises.The research results show that there are subtle differences in the Logistic equations of the evolution of the Building Industrialization Industry Chain in different countries,but the evolution of each country has experienced four stages of integration,specialization,modularization and networking.Combined with the evolutionary logistic curve model,China's building industrialization industrial chain is currently in the stage of integration.In order to realize the development goal of China's next stage industrialization,it is necessary to promote the transformation and transformation of the industrialization industrial chain into a specialized stage.Further research on the structural equation model of the evolutionary factors of the Building Industrialization Building Industrialization Industry Chain Chain identifies that government support is the dominant factor in evolution.In response to the above driving factors,it provides policy recommendations for the government to promote the evolution of the industrial chain of construction industry,and provides direction for enterprises to transform their roles in the industrial chain of construction industry.
