BIM Technology In The Application Of The Green Residential Architectural Design Research

In recent years,the pollution of the environment problem increasingly prominent in our country,residential environment began to gradually become the focus of hot spots.On how to develop green residential construction increasingly become the focus in the industry,however,traditional technology platform design methods and processes have been difficult to meet the demand of green residential construction related,but BIM technology is just to meet the needs of the green residential design.So the BIM technology in the application of the green residential design,and how to use good BIM technology,to break through the existing in the design of green residential building all sorts of information barriers,improve building performance is before us is very real,very important,at the same time is also a very urgent problem.In this article,through the green building evaluation standard,green building theory and building information model(BIM)technology,studies the BIM technology in the application of the green residential building design method.The concrete research content is as follows:First of all,the analysis of green building evaluation system both at home and abroad,and compares the evaluation criteria of The Three Kingdoms of China and the United States,summarizes the characteristics of the three evaluation criteria and priorities;Based on the research of the green building design method and process,summarizes the emphases and the concept of green design.Second,China's green building evaluation standard as the object,studies the BIM technology in the application of the green building evaluation point,from the perspective of integration of design and parametric design presents a BIM technology used in the design of green residential construction method.Then from two aspects of personnel composition,design platform building and deepening concept design,design,construction design three stages of design,and concretely introduces the BIM technology used in the design of green residential construction method.Finally,through specific design method of residential building design cases the application of the design effect such as indoor and outdoor environment,energy saving,material saving,verify the BIM technology application in residential construction design of the rationality,efficiency and operability.
