The battery management system(referred as BMS)can fully monitor the work of the battery pack and extend its service life,the new energy vehicle is an important part of the new energy vehicle.].In order to ensure the normal work of BMS,it is of great significance to test the functions of BMS.Hardware in the ring test system for the BMS to provide a virtual real vehicle operating environment,the BMS hardware function can be a comprehensive system testing,test BMS software control logic to verify the control system timing,assessment control strategy to meet the requirements,the control strategy The key parameters are calibrated and optimized.Therefore,the hardware in the ring test system can improve the BMS development efficiency,reduce development costs,improve the design quality of BMS software,reduce the risk of vehicle recall.In this paper,the design of electric drive system,the design of power system components,the simulation of vehicle power system,the construction of hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)and BMS HIL test work.The main research contents include:1)The structure of pure electric vehicle power system is analyzed,and the function of BMS is described.According to the vehicle parameters and performance indicators of the electric vehicle,the dynamic matching parameters of the system design.The product selection and characteristic test of the motor and the power battery pack are carried out to obtain the parameters and the index for the dynamic system simulation modeling;2)According to the experimental data of motor and power battery characteristics test,the forward simulation model of pure electric bus is built under Matlab / Simulink,including vehicle model,dynamic battery table lookup model,motor look-up table model and wheel model.At the same time,the Simulink implementation of the dynamic system is completed,and the components of the power system are simulated and verified.The simulation results show the correctness of the design of the motor and the power battery pack and the rationality of the modeling method.3)The basic principle of HIL simulation test is introduced,and the real-time simulation method of "double machine" based on LabVIEW-RT real-time system is proposed.Describes the steps of the LabVIEW-RT real-time system,including the hardware and software configuration of the host and target,the "dual" communication method,and the communication test.Based on the BMS test signal,the data acquisition board and CAN communication card selection.This paper describes the working mode and signal transmission path of BMS HIL test system,designs the underlying hardware architecture of BMS HIL test system,4)Design BMS HIL test system human-computer interaction interface.Based on the function of BMS,the test case was designed and the battery discharge process was simulated by BMS HIL test system.
