Research On Schedule Management Of Vehicle Development Project Of G Company

G company is an automobile research and development unit,from its inception to the present,for the auto companies,a good result has been achieved in just a few years time,has launched models especially the SUV model has been recognized by the market and achieved remarkable sales company,now,but also for the future development make long-term planning.With the company’s expansion,nearly 3 years,the number of R & D projects increased by multiples.Up to now,G has developed 10 simultaneous vehicle projects(conventional power vehicles)simultaneously,and has faced unprecedented pressures and challenges in all areas of the company.This paper starts from the basic theory of project management,the concept of project management and project management in schedule management theory analysis,and discusses the important role of the management in the development progress of the project,and elaborated on the schedule management of each phase in the project development.Secondly,G company has completed the development of the project management data collection,collation and analysis.Again the status and application of vehicle development progress management of other companies at home and abroad are analyzed,the key to solve the schedule management of G company from the original single or small project to project the synchronous development of practical problems in the transformation of the progress of the project management,the planning,optimization,improvement and change management methods and processes,and through and above the use of critical path analysis,conducts the research to shorten the project development cycle.In order to improve the operational efficiency of the project and the success rate of new product development project,shorten development cycle,reduce development costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,increase their market share,and bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
