With the development of market economy,enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition in the market.In the current situation,the recession of the real economy has exacerbated the cruelty of this competition.In addition to attacking the competitors in the market,enterprises are more and more restricted by operational management,human resource management and financial management in internal management.At the same time,performance management,as the key of enterprise human resource management and the foundation of enterprise strategic target,is paid more and more attention and applied gradually in enterprise.HH company is a typical small and micro enterprise in China.It is now in the period of enterprise transformation.This paper takes the HH company as the research object,first introduced the HH company’s background,organizational structure,development strategy,human resource and performance management status and so on;and then through interviews and questionnaires,using the basic theory and method of performance management,the performance management of HH company were diagnosed and analyzed,through the investigation of the the data,focusing on analysis of existing performance objectives is not clear,the process of performance management,performance management is not clear and the confusion of concept and lack of performance coaching and feedback of performance management of the performance management of HH company.On the five problems,analyzes four possible causes.then put forward the ideas and principles of the optimization of the performance management of HH company,clear HH company performance management index,optimize the process of performance management,strengthen performance management concept,pay attention to the performance management performance management communication and feedback mechanism and standard operation of HH company.Through the study of diagnosing the problems of performance management,the way to improve performance management system for HH company need to be found,and a strategic demand is gradually established,then the target decomposition to the organizations and individuals,and implement the performance evaluation system,effective communication,operation management application and performance index in enterprise and to ensure that employees continuously improve the target at the same time the enterprise strategy ability to achieve.
