Research On Progress Management Of YZ Intelligent Parking System Development Project

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,automobile has become a common means of transportation in people's life,and the use of automobile has also been increasing.The manual charging at the entrance and exit cannot meet the requirements of parking management,so a simple parking management system with contact card as the medium appears.Later,in the early 21 st century,it introduced the parking management system of long-distance ID card.The identification method is also composed of multiple modes from single identification to electronic tag,smart card and automatic license plate recognition,which gradually improves the management level and security of the parking lot.With the rapid development of Internet technology,Internet of things technology and cloud computing,the entrance and exit control technology of parking lot has gradually replaced the IC card collection mode by license plate recognition mode.The parking guidance system is gradually developed from wireless ultrasonic technology to video recognition technology.The parking fee method is gradually changed from the traditional cash payment to the mobile APP payment such as self-service payment,unionpay payment,WeChat and alipay.Related enterprises of transportation management system research and development begin to develop the next generation intelligent parking management system,which is bound to cause more fierce market competition in this industry in China.Therefore,the project manager is required to control the cost and quality of the project,arrange the project schedule more reasonably and meet the needs of customers and the market.Project management provides a powerful organizational form for modern enterprise management mode,improves enterprise's planning,organization,implementation and control methods for various human resources,and makes an important contribution to management practice.Taking the project of YZ intelligent parking management system as the case,this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the project progress management of YZ company in the process of product development,and urges YZ company to strengthen the progress management of the project development of the parking management system.The application of project work decomposition(WBS),earned value analysis and critical path method in the project progress control of parking management system is studied in detail.This paper expounds the dynamic tracking and adjustment of project plan in the process of implementation to improve the efficiency of project management.
