Vendor relationship management(VRM)plays an important role in the supply chain management of any enterprise.It is a key link in the whole supply chain management,but it has not been paid enough attention in many enterprises.Through the study of supplier relationship management in GA company,this paper guides enterprises to attach importance to supplier relationship management and put it into practice.This paper first discusses the concept and theory of supplier relationship management,analyzes its research status at home and abroad,and puts forward its research background and significance.Then,through expatiating,researching and analyzing the supplier relationship management of GA company,this paper aims at the four problems that appear in the process of re-establishing,such as insufficient understanding of supplier value,poor management of supplier selection and classification,incomplete evaluation of supplier performance,improper incentive mechanism of supplier,and the frontier status of supplier relationship management.Combining with ABC classification,case analysis,chart method,AHP,Balanced Scorecard and other methods,this paper puts forward four management overview strategies,namely,localized selection and development of suppliers,classified management of suppliers,supplier performance evaluation and supplier incentive mechanism.Through the above overview strategy to enhance the ability of GA in supplier relationship management,deepen the realization of win-win cooperation with suppliers,improve the competitive advantage of GA's supply chain.Combining with the challenges and opportunities of rail transit industry where GA company is located,it is further proved that GA company attaches importance to the importance and necessity of supplier relationship management,and has been gradually realizing the long-term,stable,reliable and mutually beneficial partnership between suppliers and GA company to achieve win-win situation..
