In recent years,the economic level of our country has continued to develop rapidly.The domestic consumption level and capability have also continued to increase.Vehicles such as passenger cars have also gradually shifted from consumption of luxury goods to consumption of household necessities.In the meantime,our country has become a veritable big automobile industry in international market.Therefore,in the face of the expanding consumer market,China’s auto industry must constantly adjust its own management and reduce costs in order to enhance product value and gain advantages in the fierce global market competition.In the current era of explosion of information and technological innovation,the competition for the market is not only the level of cost,the competition between services,but all-round competition.Starting from the order to the purchase of raw materials and then to R & D and design and production,every aspect has a significant impact on the product.So we can see that the competition in the automotive industry is the supply chain competition,and the level of supply chain management determines the "life and death."This paper studies the status of the supply chain management of the H automobile company and finds that the company has many problems in supply chain management.One of the main reasons for these problems is that the company lacks the importance of supply chain management.It is also short of comprehensive assessment of performance evaluation standards for supply chain management,which led to the H company’s supply chain management can’t refer to the established standards.It can’t arouse the attention of employees that leads to the current business into a bottleneck.This article analyzes the company’s supply chain management structure and analyzes its operating characteristics and existing problems.Based on BSC and SCOR models,this paper constructs a set of evaluation system for H company’s supply chain management performance and makes use of scientific.The method determines the weights and assignments for the performance evaluation system so that the evaluation system is more operable.Through the performance evaluation of H company’s supply chain management,the problems existing in H company’s management can be more clearly reflected.This article analyzes the evaluation results and puts forward specific suggestions.It is hoped that H company can improve its own management and re-brilliance.
