Based On The Stakeholder Theory Countermeasures Research On Green And Energy-saving Building Conservation

This thesis conducted a study about implementing countermeasures of green and energy-saving building based on the theory from various stakeho lders.It is clearly identified in China's 13 th Five Year Plan that “ Faced w ith increasing constraints in resources and environment,we must heighten c risis awareness,establish the concept of green and low-carbon development,the focus should be on energy conservation and emission reduction along with the perfection of constraining and stimulating mechanisms,we need to move faster to set up the production and consumption patterns of resourcesaving and environment friendly,to strengthen our country's capacity for s ustainable development,to promote the level of ecological civilization.” As an priority technology of energy policy and one work about energy cons ervation and emission reduction,energy-efficient building is an important p art of sustainable development business,the aim of this energy-saving thing is to achieve development without sacrificing profits,through the manage ment for energy-efficient building can obtain the optimization of every prof it holder in this process.This paper,based on the rounded analysis and deep diving of various s takeholders' theory,had a discussion both management theory and metho d system of energy-saving building with Chinese characteristics,which ada pts our national condition.In this respect,the author try to make a more sci entificdesign.a more proper working organization and production operatio n planning,which ensure the quality and satisfy the demand of the function and realize the management object of energy-saving building.The popularization of energy-saving building need the participation of various stakeholders,we should find out the equilibrium of government,de velopers and consumers through a reasonable allocation by analyze price and the tax revenue systems impact on technology implementation.In the en d,there will be several main types of management pattern which can make energy-saving supervision more scientific and efficient.In brief,pushing th rough implement methods and patterns of management about energy-savin g building needs to conduct these related stakeholders to use energy-saving technology consciously.
