With environmental pollution and other issues becoming more and more prominent,the issue of environmental protection has attracted wide attention from people all over the world.the study found that lead to the root of environmental problems is the problem of energy,which reduce the fossil energy is the key to solve environmental problems,In the current energy structure,because wind power is clean energy,lower energy cost and once sought after by industry,and promote the development of the entire wind power industry,the global fan developed manufacturing enterprises also have sprung up.After more than ten years of development,the wind industry competition is extremely fierce,how to reduce costs and improve competitiveness has become the main theme of the industry.The development course of the fan manufacturer is not very long.The focus of the industry is on research and development and production,and the importance of warehouse management is not enough.At home and abroad in recent years,with the rise of the computer industry,warehouse management has reached a higher level,WM and the management of the WMS system are widespread,SLP layout theory is widely used,lean six sigma management system is increasingly perfect and widely used.However,the warehouse is generally lagging behind other industries in both hardware and software.The research theories applied in this paper include: SAP WM module management system theory,warehouse rational layout SLP theory,and space optimization lean six sigma theory.Then starts with the current situation of electric supply warehouse,tells the story of the main problems of the warehouse daily operation,including: management system lag,warehouse space layout is unreasonable,the new model production and kits ingredients such as bottlenecks,and carried on the detailed analysis and research the cause of the problem,finally after a full use of the relevant model and theory,presents the corresponding optimization scheme: SAP WM management system model is established to improve the warehouse systematic management optimization;SLP theory is used to analyze and optimize the warehouse layout.Through the gradual analysis of the lean six sigma management system,a final optimization scheme is given for the bottleneck problem of kits ingredients.Through the demonstration and analysis of this paper,it provides research data for the operation of the electric cabinet warehouse,which is expected to improve the existing problems,reduce the operation cost and improve the competitiveness.
