| With competition between automotive manufacturers shifted into a speed competition from quality and scale competition,automotive manufacturers must develop flexible producing style in order to respond quickly to variaty in the market as well as gaining business opportunities.One of the most important aspect which providing security for the production is to rationally plan the storage system.The assembly-workshop as a part of automotive manufacturing enterprises,which assembled the most parts,be of the most complicated model kinds,be of the highest shortage cost,be of the most difficult logistics management,that is the reason why rationally plan the storage system i5 especially important.Cooperative logistics ean effectively coordinate the logistics process and subsystems of production system,to raise the service level of production logistics,it is because the development of teehnology broke the original information truneation between systems.With the logistics information technology popularized and develop rapidly,as an advanced management mode,cooperative logistics has become a focus of many production enterprises.Therefore,this paper summarize the applicate condition of cooperative logistics and research status of storage system.Introduced the structure of automotive manufactory assembly-workshop storage system,analyzed the function of regions and the logistic process between them.Built a planning model for the by-line storage and online storage systems,which is the most important part of assembly-workshop storage system.To ensure the realization of by-line parts position management,calculating to get the area of workbenches from the part-level planning;to maximize the usage of by-line logistics area,established the objective function model of the minimum frequency for it.Use C#language to programme,after introduced into excel,achieved the design theme for the storage system planning model.In order to rationally evaluate the cooperativity of assembly-workshop storage system planning scheme,based on synergetics theory,built the cooperativity appraisal target system of automotive manufactory assembly-workshop by-line storage system and online storage system.Finally took a car company as example,based on the the logistics condition of assembly-workshop and the bom data of new car model,substitute the assembly-workshop storage system design model,used excel to calculate the area of by-line storage-regions and the distribution frequency of online storage,and then,used slp method to achieve the final planning scheme of assembly-workshop storage system.According to this planning scheme,build planning simulation model with plant simulation software,and verified feasibility of the scheme.The simulation data results were used to calculate the cooperative degree of storage system,and analysed the cooperative-developping effect of the automotive assembly-workshop by-line storage system and online storage system.This paper successfully combined storage system planning design methods of automotive manufactory assembly-workshop with theory research ofcollaborative product logistic.Use production system simulation technology to test and verify the feasibility of scheme,and use simulation result to evaluate cooperativity of system for the first time,break through the hysteretic nature of original cooperativity evaluation model,research results support theoretical foundation for storage system planning of automotive manufactory assembly-workshop. |
