| According to the company’s strategic development needs,Shenyang Jinbei Vehicle Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.has decided to build a brand-new and modern truck production factory in Shenyang’s offshore economic zone to realize the development of Jinbei trucks to high end and high quality.According to the general requirements of the company,this paper makes process analysis and logistics planning for the assembly workshop production line of Liaozhong new factory area.The process flow and material distribution flow are improved,and the production efficiency is increased.Thus the core competitiveness of products is enhanced.First,this paper summarizes the research background and current research situation at home and abroad,and points out the main research ideas and system structure of this paper.The main research ideas are to optimize the operation duration of each module,to adjust the process flow and to plan the logistics distribution flow.Second,the related theories are summarized.This paper introduces the basic composition of the assembly line,explains in detail the main application of lean production theory,assembly line balance theory,and introduces the accompanying batching system(SPS).Third,the process optimization of production line is researched in this article.According to the actual situation of the company’s production line,process analysis is carried out on chassis assembly line and cab assembly line.Lean production theory and MTM man-hour analysis method are applied to analyze the action waste in the assembly process of each module.When assembly line balancing theory and heuristic balancing algorithm are used to eliminate the waste of waiting,the balancing rate of chassis production line reaches 90.17%,and the line balance rate of interior decoration reaches 90.30%.After the balanced process is tested and verified,every operator completes the operation within the specified time and without obvious waiting,so as to achieve the purpose of downsizing and increasing efficiency and meet the company’s planning requirements.Fourth,a research is made into planning the logistics distribution plan.When applying the concept of just-in-time(JIT)distribution and drawing lessons from Toyota’s accompanying batching system(SPS),the logistics distribution plan is planned.According to the actual material situation of the company,the carrier type(AGC)is determined.The collection and distribution scheme and operation route are designed,and then the number of carriers and other ancillary equipment are determined according to the operation route.Last,based on the traditional production mode of Jinbei light truck assembly workshop,this paper explores and studies the establishment of an assembly operation optimization system that adapts to actual production and develops in coordination with production planning and scheduling,so as to improve the assembly efficiency of light trucks,increase economic benefits,and provide reference for other factories in assembly process planning and logistics planning. |
