Research On Schedual Management Of YG Comapany A Villa Decoration Project

With the vigorous development of China's economy,residents housing area and housing conditions continue to improve,home improvement industry,more and more high-end customers,but our home improvement business products and services have been at a low level,organizational management inefficient,Occurred,can not meet the high-end owners of the higher value of time needs.Therefore,to enhance the level of home improvement project management level of the home improvement industry,the healthy and sustainable development of great significance.This paper discusses the practical application of the progress management theory and method in the home improvement project with the background of a villa home improvement project of YG Company.In the process of progress planning,the project work is decomposed into six parts and three levels of a total of 100 activities,using three different methods to estimate the duration of activities,respectively,and use the project software to prepare the project schedule.In the process of scheduling optimization,through the use of adjustment and compression duration of the method,the project duration of 48 days,to meet the contract owner's duration requirements.In the process of schedule control,the project progress dynamic control system and the progress information collection system are established,the deviation of project progress is found in time,reasonable deviation correction strategy and corrective measures are taken to eliminate the influence of deviation.At the same time,some ideas and methods in project risk management.Applied to the project schedule management,effectively avoid the occurrence of risk events to ensure the smooth progress of the project objectives.The research results of this paper have practical reference significance to the improvement of the progress management level of the project and the shortening of the project duration.The research results can further serve the fields such as engineering construction,equipment installation and large-scale exhibition layout,and have broad application prospects.
