| With the speeding up of urbanization process in China,industry park planning is more and more important.But for the time being,still leading by land-use planning,the existing industry park planning system that mainly relate to the energy,such as the electricity,heating and gas systems is proceed with the municipal infrastructure,without taking the initiative to combine rational use of energy and energy-saving with urban planning.Community energy planning of industry park is a long-term plan of building energy systems and energy consumption according to the regional building energy demand and energy supply situation in the construction of the region.Based on the study of the energy supply characteristics and architectural features in automobile industry park,the research target is to achieve efficient utilization and the balance of supply and demand in regional energy,and construction of low carbon energy saving.This paper used the integrated resources planning method in community energy planning,whose advantages were obvious.Based on the theory studies,the research methods of community energy planning were analyzed and the technical routes of community energy planning were put forward.The potential of renewable energy of demand side were analyzed.After tested,calculated and analyzed,we found that the total withered stick which can be used in the production of biomass pellet fuel every year in Shenyang is 1.2 million tons,which can meet the fuel demand of 2000 biomass boilers.The wind velocity in the area by more than one third time can satisfy the development condition of wind energy resources and the wind energy density in 50 w/m2 or more is basic frequency at 26.6%,which means that wind power density belongs to the scope of available wind energy resources development in more than a third time of the whole year.The recoverable resources of the thermal reservoir is 856.5 × 1011kJ,which is equivalent to 4.094 million tons of standard coal.The dynamic loads of buildings in industry park were analyzed and predicted.The simulation models were established with DeST software for the various buildings,and the simplified method of typical building in industry park was used to simplify the simulation models in the area.The result showed that the potential of the saving energy of demand side was 76%compared with the traditional way.The plan of community energy systems was analyzed.The waste heat recovery system in air compressor was put forward.In this system,high temperature compressor oil and gas heat are used through the heat exchange in order to make the full use of energy.The result shows that the available power per hour of the system is 537.6kW and the available recycling heat is 462336 kcal per day,which are used to supply hot water bath in the park.According to the characteristics of different automobile industry workshops,corresponding ventilation dust removal systems were put forward and analysed.This study plays an exemplary role in application of community energy planning in automobile industry park in China.An effective solution for energy system planning has been provided. |
