The twenty-first century,two of the greatest challenges facing humanity are energy and environmental issues.The building energy consumption has become the second largest after the industrial energy consumption of the energy sector,and in the building during the operation,the energy consumption of HVAC systems is the most important part of the more prominent,especially in commercial buildings.Despite the enormous energy consumption in commercial buildings,but because of its large indoor mobility,complex structure,various function reasons etc,there has been a lot of environmental problems interior,which not only wasteful of energy,and the threat of physical and mental health indoor staff.HVAC automatic control technology is an important way to alleviate the above problems,it has been widely used,but,for a variety of architectural features,it is still huge room for improvement.Today microcontroller has became a core component of controlling field,it has the arithmetic and logic operations capability,robust analog processing features,which will give HVAC control system is not a small change.Therefore,this study will be based on exited lack of commercial building air conditioning systems,combined with excellent control performance microcontroller,development and design of new commercial buildings air conditioning automatic control system to achieve the goals of improving indoor environment and enhancing the efficience of energy.Specific research process and the results are as follows:Objective:To analyze the characteristics of commercial building indoor environment,design of new air-conditioning system and automatic control system,develop the more suitable air conditioning system control program for commercial buildings,and combined with the simulation and example application to analysis the energy-saving effect of the new system.Method:First,through theoretical research,analysis existed lack of the current commercial building air conditioning systems;secondly,through field measurement,analysis existed indoor environmental problems of some commercial buildings in Shenyang;and then combining the results of theory and practice,I will use the microcontroller as a core to design VAV air conditioning automatic control system in Proteus 7.8.Then,I would use C51 as the programming language to prepare the system control program in KEIL ?vision4.Achieve a good combination of air conditioning systems with the control system from the hardware side,the combination of VAV air conditioning automatic control system and commercial buildings from the software implementation.Result:Based on Proteus 7.8 and Keil ?ivision4 software platform,making the air conditioning automatic simulation control system runs,fully verify the feasibility of the new system.Select Typical room of VAV system to analysis consumption of energy,within the analysis of the three days,the new systems are reducing energy consumption at 335KJ,254.7KJ,702KJ respectively.Conclusion:In this paper,with the characteristics of commercial buildings,combined with SCM control technology,development and design of commercial buildings VAV air conditioning automatic control system.Through the simulation analysis and examples can be found,the new system to improve the commercial building indoor environmental quality,improve the efficiency of energy use of air conditioning systems have a significant role.
