The Renewal Effect Of Urban Large-scale Contiguous Regions By Take The Huaguoyuan District Of Guiyang City As An Example

With the rapid development of cities in our country and the large influx of people,the space capacity or urban city begins to exceed the original load,and urban renewal is an urgent task.In the early stage of urban renewal,most of the urban renewal construction was completed by the government.With the development of the market economy,urban renewal began to be dominated by the market,and the government played a role of coordination,guidance,and supervision.Large-scale contiguous areas in cities have a wider range of radiation update,which can effectively improve the land utilization rate,improve the quality of life of residents,and have a greater impact on the overall city.Selecting urban economic spatial and social effect to conduct in-depth studies on the renewal effect and the role of city governmen tof urban large-scale contiguous regions by take The Huaguoyuan district of Guiyang City as an example.Research shows that Huaguoyuan District has a certain extent of positive economic spatial effects and social effects on its own,Nanming District and even Guiyang City,playing an important role in promoting the overall sustainable development of Guiyang City and the market-oriented urban large-scale contiguous region renewal method led by the government as a guide supervisor has a certain positive effect on the city,however,it needs to be optimized.The coordinating role of the government and the market will help improve the efficiency of urban renewal and ensure the sustainable development of the city while achieving economic benefits.This article is made up by six parts: The first part is introduction,introducing the background,summary and significance of this research;the second part is the basic theories analysis;the third part is the division of urban renewal types in China and cases of representative cities were analyzed.The fourth and fifth parts taking Huaguoyuan as an example,an in-depth analysis of the economic spatial effects and social effects generated by large-scale contiguous areas of urban regeneration and construction will be conducted.The sixth part is the analyse of the role of government in the measures and suggestions for urban regeneration and optimization.
