Research On Environmental Management Optimization Strategies Of Beijing Road Reconstruction Project

With the rapid development of China's transportation industry,the demand for roads is increasing,and the quality requirements are also increasing.Many existing roads have been unable to meet the needs of vehicle operation,which is very easy to cause vehicle congestion,poor traffic and other phenomena,which has a negative impact on the economic lifeline of road transportation.In this case,the reconstruction of the existing road has become an effective method.The existing road reconstruction projects highlight a more serious problem,that is,insufficient environmental protection around the road,causing a certain degree of damage in the process of reconstruction.If we do not pay attention to the environmental management of road reconstruction,it will have a greater impact on the natural and social environment around the road,affecting the city image and economic and social development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the whole process of environmental management of road reconstruction project.From the perspective of the whole process,this paper explores the research background,significance,purpose and current situation at home and abroad,makes theoretical analysis on the research content and methods,uses literature analysis,inductive analysis and empirical research methods to analyze the connotation and methods of environmental management of Beijing road reconstruction project,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the problems from three aspects: the early stage,the construction stage and the operation stage Starting from the above,with the purpose of optimizing the environmental management of the whole process of Beijing road reconstruction project,using the corresponding evaluation methods,the evaluation results of the road reconstruction project are obtained,the optimization countermeasures are proposed,and the effect of the optimization countermeasures is verified by examples,which plays a positive role in the optimization of the environmental management of the whole process of Beijing road reconstruction project.The whole process of environmental management optimization is the focus of this paper.In the early stage,enhance the awareness of environmental management in the whole process,analyze the environmental impact assessment from the whole process of environmental management,and reduce the impact of constraints;in the construction stage,enrich the means of environmental management in the whole process,implement the whole process management methods,strengthen environmental supervision,and improve the environmental acceptance level of the completed project;in the operation stage,strengthen the post evaluation of road environment,enhance environmental monitoring,and improve the road environment Management feedback mechanism,these countermeasures have an important impact on the whole process of environmental management optimization.This paper looks for solutions and optimization countermeasures from the above three stages,and analyzes and verifies them through examples,which has important practical value and practical significance for improving the optimization level of road reconstruction projects and protecting the surrounding natural and human environment.
