Quality Management Of Intelligent Building Systems Of International Trade Finance Center

Intelligent building systems bring intelligent management for operation management of building,and have become an important part of building construction.However,the quality effect of a large number of construction projects has not matched the speed of development.The large-scale intelligent building systems project contains dozens of subsystems,and each subsystem involved equipment,material,process,and cross-matching item and other factors brought serious challenges to the quality management of the project implementation process.In addition,The implementation of the performance and function of each subsystem will play important roles for project quality target.Therefore,the quality management of intelligent building systems project needs targeted management methods.Based on the intelligent buildings systems of the International Trade Finance Center Project,this thesis aims to set the project quality target under the contract,to analyze the challenges of project characteristics and project supervision,and to study the influencing factors of project quality management,and to research on the project quality management methods by applying project quality management theory.First of all,planning project contents of quality management,identifying quality requirements and targets of the project,then describing how to achieve the quality requirements and targets in order to give a direction for the implementation of the project.Secondly,taking measures to ensure the implementation of project,so it can meet requirements from all aspects of organization,quality of construction process,detection institutions,etc.Finally,carrying on the quality control of both construction process and the system functional operations to ensure the project meets its quality requirements.Through the research of the quality management of the intelligent building project of the International Trade Finance Center,it suggests to set up a quality management system in line with the project,and to take effective methods of quality control,especially to make the function testing standard of the system and detection institutions to ensure the function of the system meets the requirements.So it can achieve high target for the project quality management and make the project successfully accepted.
