The automobile industry in our country has been greatly developed in recent years,however,the deficiency of design level and efficiency have gradually become obvious.With the continuous development of automobile industry in China,the intelligent design of automobiles is an important part of the development of the automobile industry.At present,the accumulation of scattered knowledge of automobile instrument cannot satisfy the processing and efficient use of knowledge.In this thesis,the author uses the knowledge representation to systematically and formally represent the related knowledge systematically and formally,and attempts to construct aided design system research.The main contents of the article are as follows:On the basis of understanding the current methods of knowledge representation,this paper chooses a more flexible ontology method as the expression method of common knowledge of automobile instrument by comparing several knowledge representation methods.The author analyzes the related basic theory of ontology and determines the expression of the instrument can be used to express knowledge of automobile instrument.According to the attributes of design knowledge of automobile instrument,the thesis was adopted knowledge classification method based on product design process is used to divide the general knowledge of automobile instrument into factual knowledge,procedural knowledge,substantive knowledge and relational knowledge.Moreover,it confirmed knowledge classification scheme for the framework of knowledge of automobile instrument.According to the general knowledge classification scheme of automobile instrument,with reference to the principle of ontology construction,a formal framework of ontology and a general knowledge expression framework of automobile instrument are constructed.The author choose to use the related ontology building tools to construct the concept hierarchy and the attribute relationship in the common knowledge ontology of automobile instrument.At last,the functions of the vehicle instrument auxiliary design system are realized by the network platform and ontology reasoning technology.Related personnel will input the corresponding instrument design data,and the auxiliary design system can process the data and feedback the design parameters,at the same time,corresponding knowledge can be queried and storage.Design examples has been showed through the design flow.In this thesis,knowledge representation technology is applied to the construction of aided design system of automobile instrument,so that relevant designers can design smarter and more efficient automobile instrument through auxiliary system,and provide reference for the development of other auxiliary design systems.
